§ 545.08

545.08 Department of Legal Affairs or state attorney to institute suit upon violation of law.—For a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter by any corporation mentioned herein, the Department of Legal Affairs or the state attorney of the proper county shall institute proper suits or quo warranto proceedings in any court of competent jurisdiction for the forfeiture of its charter rights, franchises or privileges and powers exercised by such corporation, and for the dissolution of the same under the general statutes of the state.History.—s. 7, ch. 18031, 1937; CGL 1940 Supp. 4151(466); ss. 11, 35, ch. 69-106.
