546.008 Penalties for violation of s. 546.003.—Any person who operates an amusement ride or amusement attraction in violation of the provisions of s. 546.003 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.History.—s. 6, ch. 83-110; s. 134, ch. 91-224.
