548.024 Background investigation of applicants for licensure.—If the commission requires a background criminal history investigation of any applicant, it shall require the applicant to submit to the department fingerprints for this purpose. The fingerprints shall be forwarded to the Division of Criminal Justice Information Systems within the Department of Law Enforcement and the Federal Bureau of Investigation for processing to determine whether the applicant has a criminal history record.
