548.075 Administrative fines; citations.—(1) The commission may impose a fine of not more than $5,000 for any violation of this chapter in lieu of or in addition to any other punishment provided for such violation.(2) The commission may adopt rules pursuant to ss. 120.536(1) and 120.54 to permit the issuance of citations for any violation of this chapter in lieu of or in addition to any other punishment provided for such violation.History.—ss. 2, 4, ch. 84-246; s. 4, ch. 91-429; s. 21, ch. 2002-172.
