550.909 Voting requirements.—(1) Each member of the compact committee is entitled to one vote.(2) All action taken by the compact committee with regard to the addition of party states, the licensure of participants in pari-mutuel wagering, and the receipt and disbursement of funds requires a majority vote of the members of the compact committee or their alternates. All other action by the compact committee requires a majority vote of the members present or their alternates.(3) The compact committee may not take any action unless a quorum is present.
