551.105 Slot machine license renewal.—(1) Slot machine licenses shall be effective for 1 year after issuance and shall be renewed annually. The application for renewal must contain all revisions to the information submitted in the prior year’s application that are necessary to maintain such information as both accurate and current.(2) The applicant for renewal shall attest that any information changes do not affect the applicant’s qualifications for license renewal.(3) Upon determination by the commission that the application for renewal is complete and qualifications have been met, including payment of the renewal fee, the slot machine license shall be renewed annually.History.—s. 1, ch. 2005-362; s. 51, ch. 2022-7.
