552.25 Municipal and county ordinances, rules, and regulations.—Nothing contained in this chapter shall affect any existing ordinance, rule or regulation pertaining to explosives of any incorporated city, town, county, or other local governmental entity in this state not less restrictive than the provisions of this chapter and rules promulgated pursuant thereto, or affect, modify or limit the power of such incorporated cities, towns, counties, or other local governmental entities to make ordinances, rules or regulations hereunder pertaining to explosives within their respective corporate limits.History.—s. 10, ch. 29944, 1955; s. 5, ch. 65-59; s. 9, ch. 89-233.Note.—Former s. 552.17.
