552.26 Administration of chapter; personnel; fees to be deposited in Insurance Regulatory Trust Fund.—(1) The division is authorized to employ such persons as it may deem qualified and necessary, and incur such other expenses as may be required, in connection with the administration of this chapter.(2) All fees collected for licenses and permits and competency examination filing fees required by this chapter shall be deposited in the Insurance Regulatory Trust Fund and are appropriated for the use of the division in the administration of this chapter.History.—s. 11, ch. 29944, 1955; s. 6, ch. 65-59; ss. 13, 35, ch. 69-106; s. 24, ch. 77-84; s. 661, ch. 2003-261.Note.—Former s. 552.18.
