§ 553.507

553.507 Applicability.—This part applies to:(1) All areas of newly designed and newly constructed buildings and facilities as determined by the federal standards established and adopted pursuant to s. 553.503.(2) Portions of altered buildings and facilities as determined by the federal standards established and adopted pursuant to s. 553.503.(3) A building or facility that is being converted from residential to nonresidential or mixed use as defined by the Florida Building Code.
