561.1105 Inspection of licensed premises; coin-operated amusement machines.—In conducting inspections of establishments licensed under the Beverage Law, the division shall determine if each coin-operated amusement machine that is operated on the licensed premises is properly registered with the Department of Revenue. Each month, the division shall report to the Department of Revenue the sales tax registration number of the operator of any licensed premises that has on location a coin-operated amusement machine and that does not have an identifying certificate conspicuously displayed as required by s. 212.05(1)(h).History.—s. 20, ch. 94-314; s. 5, ch. 95-416; s. 67, ch. 2000-154; s. 12, ch. 2002-48.
