567.001 Alcoholic content of intoxicating liquors.—For the purposes of this chapter, any liquor, wine, or beer containing more than 6.243 percent of alcohol by volume is deemed and held to be an intoxicating liquor, wine, or beer and is subject to the provisions of this chapter.History.—s. 2, ch. 84-299; s. 17, ch. 86-269.
