570.64 Division of Food, Nutrition, and Wellness.—(1) The duties of the Division of Food, Nutrition, and Wellness include, but are not limited to, administering and enforcing the powers and responsibilities of the division prescribed in chapter 595 and the rules adopted thereunder.(2) The director of the division shall be appointed by, and serve at the pleasure of, the commissioner. The director shall supervise, direct, and coordinate activities of the division, exercise such powers and duties as authorized by the commissioner, enforce the provisions of chapter 595 and the rules adopted thereunder, and any other powers and duties as authorized by the department.History.—s. 11, ch. 2013-226.
