571.09 Penalties.—Any person violating any of the provisions of this part or rules adopted hereunder shall for the first offense be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083, and for each succeeding offense shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.History.—s. 1, ch. 63-378; s. 585, ch. 71-136; s. 14, ch. 90-323.
