576.087 Antisiphon requirements for irrigation systems.—(1) Any irrigation system used for the application of fertilizer must be equipped with an antisiphon device adequate to protect against contamination of the water supply.(2) It is unlawful for any person to apply fertilizer through an irrigation system which is not equipped with an antisiphon device as required by this section.History.—ss. 9, 19, ch. 92-143; s. 11, ch. 97-6; s. 126, ch. 2014-150.
