585.52 Requirement regarding the collection, transportation, and distribution of garbage.—Every permitted feeder of garbage shall keep and furnish the department such information as it may require regarding the collection, transportation, distribution, and processing of garbage. Each permitted feeder shall keep and maintain sanitary at all times the vehicles used in the collection, transportation, and distribution of garbage.
