589.34 Revocation of agreement.—Any agreement or revision thereof entered into by the Florida Forest Service and a county or municipality under the provisions of this law shall continue from year to year, unless written notice is given to the other party 30 days prior to July 1 of any year of the intention to discontinue the work and cancel the agreement.History.—s. 7, ch. 20899, 1941; ss. 14, 35, ch. 69-106; s. 7, ch. 71-183; s. 55, ch. 2012-7.
