§ 601.49

601.49 Condition precedent to selling processed citrus products.—A person, except as provided in s. 601.50, may not sell or offer for sale, transport, receive, or deliver for transportation or market any canned or concentrated products of citrus fruits unless such products have been inspected and are accompanied by a certificate of inspection issued by a duly authorized inspector of the Department of Agriculture.
