607.1324 Shareholder’s acceptance of corporation’s offer.—(1) If the shareholder states on the form provided in s. 607.1322(1) that the shareholder accepts the offer of the corporation to pay the corporation’s estimated fair value for the shares, the corporation shall make such payment to the shareholder within 90 days after the corporation’s receipt of the form from the shareholder.(2) Upon payment of the agreed value, the shareholder shall cease to have any right to receive any further consideration with respect to such shares.History.—s. 28, ch. 2003-283; s. 168, ch. 2019-90.
