607.1805 Procedures for conversion to professional service corporation.—A corporation that is organized for profit under the laws of this state and that is engaged solely in carrying out the professional services provided by a corporation organized under chapter 621 may change its corporate nature to that of a professional service corporation if it complies with chapter 621.History.—s. 161, ch. 89-154.
