624.445 Order, notice, duration, effect of suspension or revocation; administrative fine.—(1) Suspension or revocation of an arrangement’s certificate of authority shall be in accordance with ss. 624.420 and 624.421.(2) If the office finds that one or more grounds exist for the discretionary revocation or suspension of an arrangement’s certificate of authority under ss. 624.436-624.446, the office may, in lieu of or in addition to such revocation or suspension, impose a fine upon such arrangement, in accordance with s. 624.4211.History.—s. 6, ch. 85-212; s. 1, ch. 86-286; ss. 39, 187, 188, ch. 91-108; s. 4, ch. 91-429; s. 821, ch. 2003-261.
