625.83 Failure to file reporting forms.—Any insurer who knowingly fails to file information, documents, or reports required to be filed under s. 625.75 or any rule thereunder shall forfeit to the state the sum of $100 for each day such failure to file continues. Such forfeiture shall be payable to the office to be deposited in the Insurance Regulatory Trust Fund and shall be recoverable in a civil suit in the name of the state.
