626.266 Printing of examinations or related materials to preserve examination security.—A contract let for the development, administration, or grading of examinations or related materials by the department pursuant to the various agent, customer representative, or adjuster licensing and examination provisions of this code may include the printing or furnishing of these examinations or related materials in order to preserve security.
