626.301 Form and contents of licenses, in general.—Each license issued by the department shall be in such form as the department may designate and contain the licensee’s name, lines of authority the licensee is authorized to transact, the licensee’s personal identification number, the date of issuance, and any other information the department deems necessary to fully identify the licensee and the authority being granted.
