626.9545 Improper charge identification incentive program.—No section or provision of the Florida Insurance Code shall be construed as prohibiting an insurer from establishing a financial incentive program for remunerating a policyholder or an insured person with a selected percentage or stated portion of any health care charge identified by the policyholder or the insured person as an error or overcharge if the health care charge is recovered by the insurer.
