§ 626.8423

626.8423 Investigation of applicants for license or renewal or continuation.—The department may propound reasonable interrogatories, in addition to those contained in the application, to any applicant for a title insurance agent’s license or appointment or for renewal or continuation of such a license or appointment relating to the applicant’s qualifications, residence, and prospective place of business and any other matter which the department considers necessary or advisable for the protection of the public and to ascertain the applicant’s qualifications.
