§ 626.885

626.885 Notice; statement of charge or premium for coverage.—(1) When the services of an administrator are utilized, the administrator shall provide a written notice approved by the insurer to insured individuals advising them of the identity of, and relationship among, the administrator, the policyholder, and the insurer.(2) When an administrator collects funds, the administrator shall identify and state separately in writing, to the person paying to the administrator any charge or premium for coverage, the amount of any such charge or premium specified by the insurer for such coverage.History.—s. 4, ch. 83-203; s. 3, ch. 84-94; ss. 206, 207, ch. 90-363; s. 4, ch. 91-429.
