§ 626.895

626.895 Definition of 'service company' or 'service agent.'—For the purpose of this part, a 'service company' is any business entity which has met all the requirements of ss. 626.895-626.899, which does not control funds, and which has obtained office approval to contract with self-insurers or multiple-employer welfare arrangements for the purpose of providing all or any part of the services necessary to establish and maintain a multiple-employer welfare arrangement as defined in s. 624.437(1).
