626.933 Collection of tax and service fee.—If the tax or service fee payable by a surplus lines agent under the Surplus Lines Law is not so paid within the time prescribed, it shall be recoverable in a suit brought by the department against the surplus lines agent. The department may authorize the Florida Surplus Lines Service Office to file suit on its behalf.
