627.141 Subsequent disapproval of filing; workers’ compensation and employer’s liability insurances.—If at any time after a filing has been approved by it or has otherwise become effective the office finds that the filing no longer meets the requirements of this chapter, it shall issue an order specifying in what respects it finds that such filing fails to meet such requirements and stating when, within a reasonable period thereafter, such filing shall be deemed no longer effective.
