627.6473 Combined preferred provider and exclusive provider policies.—An insurer may issue a policy that provides coverage for certain benefits through a preferred provider network and other benefits through an exclusive provider network. With regard to the coverage provided through a preferred provider network, the requirements of s. 627.6471 apply, and with regard to the coverage provided through an exclusive provider network, the requirements of s. 627.6472 apply.History.—s. 128, ch. 92-33.
