627.664 Assignment of incidents of ownership in group, blanket, or franchise health policies.—(1) No provision of the insurance code or any other law shall be construed to prohibit an insured under any group, blanket, or franchise health insurance policy, or any other person who may be the owner of any incidents of ownership under such policy, from making an assignment of all or any part of his or her incidents of ownership under the policy, including specifically, but not by way of limitation, any right to designate a beneficiary and the right, if any, to have an individual policy issued in accordance with the terms thereof.
