§ 631.724

631.724 Records and meetings of association.—Records shall be kept of all negotiations and meetings in which the association or its representatives discuss the activities of the association in carrying out its powers and duties under s. 631.717. Such negotiations or meetings are exempt from the provisions of s. 286.011, and any records of such negotiations or meetings are confidential and exempt from the provisions of s. 119.07(1) until the termination of a delinquency proceeding.
