631.931 Reports and recommendations by board; public records exemption.—Reports and recommendations made by the Board of Directors of the Florida Workers’ Compensation Insurance Guaranty Association under s. 631.917 upon any matter germane to the solvency, liquidation, rehabilitation, or conservation of any member insurer are confidential and exempt from the provisions of s. 119.07(1) and s. 24(a), Art.
