633.114 State Fire Marshal agents; authority; duties; compensation.—(1) The State Fire Marshal shall appoint such agents, including agents of the Division of Investigative and Forensic Services, as may be necessary to carry out effectively this chapter, who shall be reimbursed for travel expenses as provided in s. 112.061, in addition to their salary, when traveling or making investigations in the performance of their duties.
