636.023 Charter; bylaw provisions.—No prepaid limited health services contract may contain any provision purporting to make any portion of the articles of incorporation, charter, bylaws, or other organizational document of the prepaid limited health service organization a part of the contract unless the provision is set forth in full in the contract.
