655.942 Standards of conduct; institutions.—(1) A financial institution that is licensed or authorized to do business pursuant to the financial institutions codes, or its officers, directors, or employees may not make or grant any loan or gratuity to any employee of the office who has authority to examine or otherwise supervise such financial institution.(2) A financial institution which violates this section shall be subject to penalties as provided in s. 655.041.History.—s. 71, ch. 92-303; s. 32, ch. 99-155; s. 1735, ch. 2003-261.
