663.414 Rules; exemption from statement of estimated regulatory costs requirements.—In addition to any other rulemaking authority it has under the financial institutions codes, the commission may adopt reasonable rules that it deems advisable for the administration of international trust entities under this part in the interest of protecting depositors, creditors, borrowers, or the public interest and in the interest of maintaining a sound banking and trust system in this state. Because of the difficulty in obtaining economic data with regard to such trusts, ss. 120.54(3)(b) and 120.541 do not apply to the adoption of rules pursuant to this section.History.—s. 36, ch. 2017-83.
