The state fire marshal is authorized to appoint and employ such assistants and employees, fix their salaries, and assign and delegate such duties and responsibilities as he or she may deem necessary to carry out this article in an efficient manner.Amended by 2017 Ga. Laws 275,§ 10, eff. 5/9/2017.
