Section 10-1-354 - Inspections by law enforcement officers

During the usual and customary business hours of a secondary metals recycler, a law enforcement officer shall, after properly identifying himself or herself as a law enforcement officer, have the right to inspect:(1) Any and all regulated metal property in the possession of the secondary metals recycler; and(2) Any and all records required to be maintained under Code Section 10-1-353.Renumbered from 10-1-352 and amended by 2012 Ga.
