Section 10-1-25 - Utilization of federal forms and notices

The use of the forms and notices of the right to cancel prescribed by the Federal Trade Commission's trade regulation rule, 16 C.F.R. Part 429, establishing a cooling-off period for door-to-door sales, may be used to comply with Code Sections 10-1-22 and 10-1-23; provided, however, that they are altered to accurately reflect the provisions of such Code sections and are in compliance with all provisions of this article.Added by 2023 Ga.
