Section 10-1-797 - Consumer cannot waive rights

Any agreement entered into by a consumer that waives, limits, or disclaims the rights set forth in this article shall be unenforceable as contrary to public policy.Added by 2008 Ga. Laws 696,§ 1, eff. 1/1/2009.
