Section 10-1-935 - Violations and enforcement

(a) A violation of this article shall be considered an unfair or deceptive act or practice which is unlawful and which shall be punishable under Part 2 of Article 15 of this chapter, the 'Fair Business Practices Act of 1975.'(b) A public or private right or remedy prescribed by Part 2 of Article 15 of this chapter, the 'Fair Business Practices Act of 1975,' may be used to enforce this article.Added by 2022 Ga.
