Any electric vehicle charging station inspector who, while in office, shall be interested directly or indirectly in the manufacture or vending of any electric vehicle charging station shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be disqualified from providing services as an electric vehicle charging station inspector until such interest no longer exists.Amended by 2024 Ga.
