Section 10-12-13 - Record or signature evidence not to be excluded solely on the basis of electronic format

In a proceeding, evidence of a record or signature shall not be excluded solely because it is in electronic form.Amended by 2009 Ga. Laws 141,§ 1, eff. 7/1/2009.
