Section 10-12-17 - Agency creation and retention of electronic records; conversion of written records to electronic records

Each governmental agency of this state shall determine whether, and the extent to which, it will create and retain electronic records and convert written records to electronic records.Amended by 2009 Ga. Laws 141,§ 1, eff. 7/1/2009.
