It shall be unlawful for any person to:(1) Use or possess any incorrect weight or measure for use in commerce;(2) Remove any tag, seal, or mark from any weight or measure without specific written authorization from the Commissioner;(3) Hinder or obstruct the Commissioner or any deputy or other official designated by the Commissioner and charged with the enforcement of the laws of this state dealing with weights and measures in the performance of his duties.
