Section 10-4-216 - Self-service storage facility not residence; no application of public bonded warehouseman provisions

(a) No occupant shall use a self-service storage facility for residential purposes.(b) The provisions of law relative to bonded public warehousemen shall not apply to any owner of a self-service storage facility.Added by 2019 Ga. Laws 258,§ 4, eff. 7/1/2019.
