§ 10-6b-12

Unless the power of attorney otherwise provides, an agent shall not be entitled to compensation for services rendered. An agent shall be entitled to reasonable reimbursement of expenses incurred in performing the acts required by the principal under the power of attorney.Added by 2017 Ga.
