Section 12-3-408 - Receipt of moneys deemed to be trust funds

All moneys received pursuant to the authority of this part, whether as grants or other contributions or as revenues, rents, and earnings, shall be deemed to be trust funds to be held and applied solely as provided in this part.Added by 2002 Ga. Laws 833, § 1, eff. 7/1/2002. Former Part 6 consisting of §§ 400 through 427 was repealed and reserved by 2001 Ga. Laws 280, § 2.
