Section 12-3-410 - Attorney General providing legal services

The Attorney General shall provide legal services for the authority, and in connection therewith the provisions of Code Sections 45-15-13 through 45-15-16 shall be fully applicable the same as if the authority were identified therein as a state authority.Added by 2002 Ga. Laws 833, § 1, eff. 7/1/2002. Former Part 6 consisting of §§ 400 through 427 was repealed and reserved by 2001 Ga. Laws 280, § 2.
